Following on from my other Fisher Price inspired Little People designs that have always proved a hit since their introduction many years ago, I've added another three prints featuring popular play vehicles from the historic toy line.
How did all these illustrations start out? Well, looking at the toys my kids play with today got me thinking back to the mid 70s, when I'd play for hours with my sturdy Little People playsets. It's an endearing childhood memory that's really endured, and I've noticed those same playsets in use at my daughter's school and friends' houses to this day. It's great to see toys lasting several generations and still being played with, not just sitting on a collector's shelf.
I've illustrated FOUR NEW limited edition Little People Vehicles artprints; the SNOWMOBILE, the CARAVAN, the SPEEDBOAT and the TOWTRUCK, taking inspiration from the original toys we know and love. These colourful prints will look great hanging anywhere kids gather to play.
