HDC specialises in offering commercial illustration for the creative and entertainment industries. Character design, map illustrations, editorial magazine and book illustrations are only a few of our favourite things. Corporate identity and branding projects are also our bread and butter at Hand Drawn Creative, along with graphic design projects like annual reports and brochure layout design too.
WHAT IS YOUR CREATIVE PROCESS?
Every project starts with good old fashioned paper and pencil – waiting for the concept to start to present itself on the page. Once the concept is firmed up on paper, Neal moves from the page to the screen to add form, colour and typography in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Next, we present our work to you to see what’s working and what we can take away, moving swiftly to completion as quickly as we can (and you’ll be surprised at how fast we can work).
DO YOU WORK IN A MORE 'REGULAR' STYLE?
Of course! We’re fully aware that not every Client is looking for a swinging, mid-century retro design solution (although it is what we do best!)
